What We Do

Through Fellowship programs, global gatherings, and direct capital support, we equip exceptional individuals with the support to address humanity’s greatest challenges — working to create a world where everyone thrives.

Fellowships

Our cornerstone programming is transformational Fellowship experiences that move leaders from thought to action. Through moderated, text-based dialogue with a diverse cohort of peers, Fellows explore leadership models, construct their vision of a “good society,” and navigate complex global challenges while forging deep bonds that transcend geographical, sectoral, and ideological boundaries.

Lifetime Community

Fellowship is just the beginning. We provide a lifelong support system of renewal experiences, problem-solving dialogues, and collaborative opportunities. This trusted community becomes Fellows’ “first call” when facing challenges — a rare space for authentic connection and continuous growth throughout their entire lives.

Global Convenings

We bring Fellows together through signature gatherings like the Resnick Aspen Action Forum, immersive place-based experiences, and more. These carefully designed spaces enable leaders to reflect, find renewal, collaborate across differences, and commit to concrete actions that address our world’s most pressing challenges.

Impact Acceleration

We support Fellows’ transformative work through catalytic funding and ongoing experiences. From the McNulty Prize and Catalyst Fund to cross-sector initiatives like “Act III”, we help translate moral imagination into tangible impact that reaches millions of lives globally.

If factions are a feature — not a bug — of a society, creative conflict helps us design new ways forward.

How do we listen even when we are the most hurt? How do we disagree without disappearing? At the Resnick Aspen Action Forum, changemakers explored what it means — and what it takes — to stay at the table during the most difficult moments. This conversation turns toward clues in history, reminding us that the institutions of today were once the result of creative innovation. Taking inspiration from youth and the artistic community as sources of “research and development,” this conversation invites us to wrestle with tension rather than treating conflict as failure, allowing us to remain in relationship through our differences. Whether operating in small towns in a single U.S. state like South Carolina, or across multiple nations in the Middle East, panelists discussed the conditions that we can create in ourselves and in our communities to design new ways forward.
