This one-hour virtual Flash Seminar is chance to experience the Aspen method of text-based dialogue from the comfort of your home or office. Participants engage with a short reading as a jumping off point to explore fundamental questions about humanity and leadership; uncovering how your answers influence your personal and professional leadership decisions.
This Flash Seminar is chance to reconnect with your own leadership journey. All Aspen Leadership Seminars leverage a unique method of moderated, text-based dialogue that transforms leaders’ ability to understand their own values and achieve meaningful leadership growth.

Our flagship seminar, the Aspen Executive Seminars on Leadership, Values, and the GoodSociety, is a 7-day residential seminar in Aspen, CO that challenges leaders in every field to achieve meaningful leadership growth through a critical examination of their core values as well as the tools to tackle their most pressing leadership challenges.
We also partner with organizations to create custom leadership seminars. Using agile moderators and customized curricula to focus on core themes or challenges, collectively explore values, build a common language, and strengthen trust among teams, cohorts, stakeholders, clients, and more.
The Aspen Institute Economic Opportunities Program will soon release a report, Fixing Work: Lessons from Job Quality Practitioners, based on in-depth interviews with more than 20 leaders across the country about the work they are doing to create good jobs that provide economic security, the opportunity to advance and grow, and a safe, dignified, and equitable workplace.
